Straightforward Service, No Surprises

Every service tier below is built the same way: clear scope, clear pricing, and a report after every visit so you always know what happened in your backyard.

Every Membership Starts with an Initial Visit

Before regular service begins, every new member gets an Initial Visit, priced above a standard visit because it covers more ground. We confirm the details behind your quote, then go through your pool's surface, equipment, and water chemistry in full. If anything needs attention beyond standard maintenance, you'll get a clear, itemized quote before regular service starts. Nothing buried in a later bill.

Our recurring service · Members only

The Collective Care Plan

Choose the cadence that fits your pool: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Every visit includes:

  • Water chemistry testing and balancing
  • Comprehensive cleaning โ€” skimming, brushing, vacuuming, backwashing
  • Skimmer and pump basket emptying (including robotic cleaner bags)
  • Full equipment inspection โ€” leaks, pressure issues, pump/filter problems caught early
  • A digital service report after every visit: photos, chemistry readings, and technician notes, straight to your inbox

No long-term contract — membership runs visit-to-visit, and you can leave anytime before your next billing cycle. It's a membership because that's how the care works, not because you're locked in.

Seasonal Care & Green-to-Clean

Winterization and spring opening aren't part of Collective Care Plan membership. They're standalone seasonal services open to any homeowner, member or not.

Residential Pool Winterization gets your pool ready to sit through the off-season without damage. It includes:

  • Removal of debris
  • Final water balance
  • Winterization chemical addition
  • Pool drainage
  • Line blow-outs
  • Marine antifreeze added to lines
  • Pool cover installed
  • Winterization of circulation equipment

Spring opening reverses the process to get your pool swim-ready for the season.

If your pool needs recovery from neglect or algae, Green-to-Clean brings it back to swim-ready, also open to everyone.

Repairs & Renovations

Salt system conversions, filter replacements, leak repairs, and similar equipment work — not new pool construction. You don't need to be a member to request a repair, though members get priority scheduling. A lot of repair customers end up joining the Collective Care Plan afterward — happy to talk through both at once.
